We had an amazing time at Upper Gelli! the shepherd's huts were cozy and clean, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. the location is perfect for outdoor activities and exploring local food spots. Highly recommend for a getaway with friends!

We had an incredible stay at this charming property nestled in the Welsh countryside. the lodge was beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail was impeccable. the kitchen was fully equipped and even came with a delightful basket of local treats. We enjoyed soaking in the outdoor hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views of the lush green hills. the hosts were welcoming and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing experience.

All was perfect.

The best aspects of our stay were the amazing views and the well-equipped facilities. The views over the valley were absolutely stunning and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hot tub and sauna were also a great addition to our stay, allowing us to unwind and truly enjoy our time. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received, including a basket of local treats.

One aspect that we were not thrilled about was the additional charges for pets and the requirement to leave a deposit for each pet. This was a bit of an unpleasant surprise and added to the overall cost of our stay.

My recent stay at Upper Gelli was amazing. The hospitality provided by Bryn and Annelise was great. They made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. The location of the shepherd's hut was perfect for us, as we love the outdoors and exploring the beautiful scenery. We also had the opportunity to visit some great food locations nearby, which added to the overall experience.

Upper Gelli had stunning garden views, cozy and fully equipped with a fireplace and dishwasher. The terrace was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Free WiFi and private parking were a plus.

Oh, how I loved stumbling in the dark along the path to the huts at night. A torch was provided, but who needs foresight anyway?

My friends and I had the best time at this charming holiday lodge in the Welsh countryside. the owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the huts were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a private garden area. We especially loved the little touches like the welcome hamper and board games. the surrounding views were breathtaking and we enjoyed exploring the nearby land and seeing the adorable baby lambs. It was the perfect place to disconnect from technology and unwind.

It would have been helpful to have additional lighting along the path from the parking area to the huts at night.
